Neetish Sarda family business comprises jute products and much more, under the able leadership of Neetish Sarda father, Ghanshyam Sarda. On being asked what inspired him to pursue a relatively new venture like co-working spaces, Neetish Sarda shared about his days when he was still studying and learning in the USA and Singapore (he has graduated from SIM Global Education, Singapore and has a degree in Accounting & Finance from Purdue University, Indiana, USA), where exposure to future workspaces and higher levels of employee engagement made him evaluate office spaces back home in India. "My experience of visiting traditional offices across India and noticing features like poor design, aesthetics, low employee energy levels, limited flexibility, and dysfunctional employee culture reinforced my belief that the commercial office space in India needed disruption," he says. The result was the launch of Smartworks, India's largest managed office space.

Neetish Sarda family story is not said without the generations being involved in the world of business and giving back to the community in any way they can. Neetish Sarda family along with his support is the proprietor of a magnanimous trust called Chandakala Devi Trust. Ghanshyam Sarda's attempt to revive the ailing jute industry was more than a mere mercenary venture. The Sarda Group's objective is to preserve our environment by advocating the use of a bio-degradable fiber like jute. 

While Neetish Sarda family is all in towards the betterment of the underprivileged, Neetish is making sure that he is giving back to the community in his unique way. He is working towards improving the working conditions for the employees. He is dedicated to making workplaces not just for physical health and boosted productivity but also to pour in the benefits of mental health and work-life balance.
